Remember – we only send one paper bill for an account each month (and there are charges for paper bills). All other copies are sent by email. If you register for MyAccount you can select up to two email addresses for bills to be sent to.

Please ensure the water meter is easily accessible so our meter readers can find it and give accurate readings. This can also help to highlight any potential leaks.
