Compliance statements
This must be provided by the engineering professional on behalf of the company which completed the design. The completed form must be included as part of the engineering approval application to Auckland Council.
CS2 compliance statement - design review
Provided by the engineering professional on behalf of the company which peer reviewed the design. The completed form must be included as part of the engineering approval application to Auckland Council.
CS3 construction works - compliance statement
The statement must be provided by a suitably qualified and experienced person or suitably qualified person on behalf of the company which completed the construction work.
CS4 compliance statement - construction monitoring
Provided by the engineering professional on behalf of the company which monitored the construction works.

Domestic water and wastewater services - apply for a new water or wastewater connection, or make changes to an existing one.
Commercial water and wastewater services - apply for a new water or wastewater connection, or make changes to an existing one
These forms are for:
- New water meter, new wastewater connection, using existing wastewater connection
- Relocate or disconnect, increase water demand or meter size, separate a shared meter
- Irrigation meter, fire sprinkler.

Health and safety induction booking form - we require all personnel to complete site-specific inductions before working on any of our sites

Works Over approval: pipes on public property - apply for approval to start working over or near our underground pipes on public property
Works Over approval: large pipes on private property - apply for approval to start working over or near our underground pipes with a diameter of 300mm or more on private property
Works Over approval: small pipes on private property - apply for approval to start working over or near our underground pipes with a diameter of less than 300mm
